Acquisition department is a department of real estate where the employees have to search the available flats and houses from different real estate portals. Then they have to connect to the owners of that flats and buildings and if the owner is satisfied with the terms and conditions of the company then the owner will hand over their property to the company for selling or renting purpose. Their main job is to acquire the properties from the owner.

Then one of the employees has to visit the property, check every single detail and then the negotiation team will negotiate the prices of the property according to the market rates while earning a profit with the owner and acquire their property.

Then the sales team will search for the perfect tenants or buyers of the listed property. After finding the perfect tenant or buyer, one of the sales employees have to go and show the property to the tenants and then if they like it, all the documentation are done and then the closure is done.

Another team is the digital marketing team, where the employees spread their business digitally. Using all the networking sites, they have to post advertising the available properties in their official portal itself to attract buyers and tenants.

Then there is a web developing team, which will look after the portal and make changes according to the latest trends and manage the website for the growth of the company.
